The current condition, in the social and cultural contexts through which the country is going through, demands the existence of specialized security elements in various operations. In this lies the importance of providing specialized training that emphasizes competencies that contribute to maintaining peace and security.
It becomes essential to involve security elements in training processes that allow them to enhance competencies such as: intervention, reaction to the ambush, observation and security points, armament and instinctive shooting; coupled with the fact of executing the appropriate decision making, establishing stress control and an exercise of emotional intelligence that is effective; to play communicative skills to act in unity, being guarantors of human rights, showing a high commitment towards service and attention; and, of course, enjoy high physical resistance; all requirements that today poses the reality of security.
In this course the participants integrate techniques and tactics specific and complementary to their basic training so that specialized elements arise in intervention and reaction.
This training is carried out by Israeli personnel highly trained in security matters.
